Pamela's Pilates Boutique
Q. What is Pilates?
A. Pilates is a total body physical conditioning program designed by Joseph H. Pilates during the 1920s. Pilates is different from a basic exercise program in that the primary goal is to strengthen and balance the body from the inside out by integrating both the large and small muscle groups. Pilates works the whole body deeply without repetitive or ballistic movements. The movements in Pilates are fluid yet rhythmic; performed with precision, concentration, awareness and control.

Pamela’s Pilates offers this experience in a serene studio space designed to heighten your movement experience. At Pamela’s Pilates we thrive on providing you with exceptional instruction and service that exceeds your expectations.
Classes are private or semi-private and are by appointment only.
